Damages and issues
  • Once your item has been shipped, we cannot accept any cancellations.

  • We will require unboxing videos to claim missing items in orders. If you do not record your unboxing, we will be unable to send you a replacement or a refund. An unboxing video means the process of you opening your package, NOT a video taken after you have opened your package.
