Damages and issues
Once your item has been shipped, we cannot accept any cancellations.
We will require unboxing videos to claim missing items in orders. If you do not record your unboxing, we will be unable to send you a replacement or a refund. An unboxing video means the process of you opening your package, NOT a video taken after you have opened your package.
